- Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for most products within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear), earrings, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible for returns for hygiene reasons or due to their clearance status. - Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at shopsplurgeboutique@gmail.com to inform us about your intention to return the item. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Shipping the Item Back:
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item reaches us safely. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases of items received in damaged or defective condition. - Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Please note that shipping fees, if any, and any applicable restocking fees (if stated on the product page) may be deducted from the refund amount. - Refund Exceptions:
In certain circumstances, we may not be able to issue full refund/store credit or any at all.
a. Damaged or Altered Items: If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by us, we may reject the return or apply partial store credit.
b. Missing Components: If the returned item is missing any components (e.g., tags, accessories), we may deduct a restocking fee or reject the return.
- Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. - Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shopsplurgeboutique@gmail.com. We will gladly provide you with a prepaid return label, and upon receipt of the damaged item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference. - Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued as an electronic gift card and can be used on any future purchase at Splurge.
